The Hohner Pro Harp is a standard Richter tuned diatonic with 10 holes and 20 reeds. There’s nothing particularly outstanding about it, but it’s not a bad little harp. One thing that is worth noting is that it has a plastic comb. So, there’s no danger of wood swelling changing the tone, which is rich and warm. However, the reed plates stick out a little bit beyond the edge of the comb. That means that this harmonica isn’t always the most comfortable to play, especially if you want to use the “tongue blocking” play techniques. So, if you want to do that, you should try another harp.
PROS
Interchangeable parts with other MS line harps
CONS
Not good for playing the blues
Will probably need reed tweaking and adjustment, making it not good for beginners
