The Hohner Echo 2X32 Harp is an inexpensive tremolo harmonica, but it definitely has some style. It’s a double harmonica with 32 double holes, stainless steel covers, and brass reed plates. Like any good tremolo, the Echo 2X32 Harp from Hohner has a sound that can be compared to an accordion. It’s meant to be played lightly, not to blast notes at top volume. The Echo Harp is a consistent harp with real class, but it’s better suited to gospel music or ballads. If you’re looking for a harmonica to play the jazz on, you would be better off with a chromatic. If want to play blues there are other better options (e.g. Hohner Special 20).
PROS
Great rich harmonic sound for folk, gospel or ballad
CONS
Not for Blues or Jazz
