Mark Ford (born in California in 1954) opened for Muddy Waters with his brothers Robben and Patrick at age 16. They were offered a record contract, and then Mark quit the band. He is considered one of the best harp players around. He plays an improvisational blend of blues, rock, and jazz that is lively and tasty.
