Chromatic harmonicas
These are "those harmonicas with the button on the side" as a lot of people say. The "button" activates a slide that gives you sharps and flats, so that theoretically you can play any tune in any key. This becomes a matter of learning scales and getting familiar with the button/slide in-out patterns.
